This is for athletes YOB 2012 – 2009 who are interested in Moguls, Aerials, or Slopestyle skiing. At this point, athletes may have a preference for a particular event and but, specialization is not yet encouraged. The “B” program is sometimes referred to as the Devos

The WVBBTS Freestyle Mogul Program is designed for skiers who want to master the sport of mogul skiing. Skiers compete in several moguls completion during the season including the Preston Cup & Rosemary Bowl at Waterville Valley. Athletes will also compete in USSA Eastern Freestyle competitions. Waterville Valley has a long history of freestyle skiing and is the host of the 2018 and 2019 US National Mogul Championships.   WVBBTS has placed many athletes on the U.S. Ski Team including Olympic gold medalist Hannah Kearney. Come train on the best mogul courses, and work with the best coaches.


Freestyle skiing includes aerials competition and consists of a skier performing flips and spins and while jumping. Aerials is a Freestyle discipline recognized by US Ski & Snowboard. Many aerials athletes on the US Ski Team that have trained with WVBBTS include, Eric Loughran and Ashley Caldwell. Slopestyle is a discipline of Freeskiing, along with big ar, and pipe. Slopestyle focuses on park skiing, hitting jumps, going off rails, etc. Athletes will compete in USASA rail jams and big air competitions throughout the year.
