When does registration open?
Are spots limited?
Yes. All groups are capped at 40 athletes, and registration is first come, first served.
How do I register?
Registration will be completed through Sports Engine. A registration link will be sent prior to opening day for you to bookmark.
Do I need a Sports Engine account?
Yes. You must have a Sports Engine account to register. We recommend logging in ahead of time to confirm your username and password.
Do I need my U.S. Ski & Snowboard number?
Yes. You will need your U.S. Ski & Snowboard (USSS) number to complete registration. You will not be able to register without it.
I forgot my Sports Engine password. What should I do?
Please use the “Forgot Password” option in Sports Engine prior to registration opening to avoid delays.
What if I have technical difficulties during registration?
If you experience technical issues, please contact Amy Wrightson (awrightson@wvbbts.org). Our team will be actively monitoring registration questions and responding as quickly as possible.
What if a group fills?
Once a group reaches capacity, athletes will be placed on a waitlist. We will evaluate roster availability and communicate any openings as they become available.
Can my athlete register for a different age group?
No. They must register for their specific and appropriate age group.
Can I hold a spot while I gather information or payment?
Unfortunately, spots cannot be held. Registration is completed only once all required information and payment are submitted.
Will discounts be automatically applied?
Eligible discounts (if applicable) will be reflected according to WVABBTS registration policies.
