Ski & Snowboard Swap

The Ski & Snowboard Swap is almost here! To help everything run smoothly (and avoid Saturday morning chaos), please read these instructions carefully and come prepared to sell and buy good gear!

Location & Hours

Where: Tent in Town Square (next to the ice rink + Sport Thoma)
Drop off equipment: Friday 3:00 p.m. – 6:00p.m, Saturday 8:00 a.m. -9:00 a.m.
When: Saturday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Note: There is no Monday Swap.

To-Do Before Drop-Off

Download and fill out the inventory sheet (one per family).
Download and print a sales tag (ticket) for every item. Attach the ticket securely to your gear before you arrive. Tags must include:

Full name, mailing address, email, and cell phone
Item description (including ski length or boot size)
Tag number matching the number assigned on the inventory sheet.
Price (and optional Sunday discount price)
Select DONATE or PICK-UP

No gear will be accepted without a completed tag + inventory sheet.

How the Swap Works

You set the price.
WVABBTS keeps 30% of each sale; 70% goes back to you.
Checks will be mailed to sellers a couple of weeks after the Swap.

Pick-Up Rules

Unsold equipment must be picked up by Sunday at 4:00 p.m. sharp.
Anything left behind will be considered donated or discarded.

A Few Extra Notes

Please do not bring very old or unsafe gear. Gear more than ten years old will not be accepted.
Take a photo of your completed inventory sheet for your records.
